Additionally, you’ll develop essential skills required for the upcoming professional semesters in the Film Visual Effects course.
SEMESTER 2 – 7
Building on your foundational knowledge, your journey into international-level expertise with software tools for creating realistic simulations begins in semester 2 and continues onwards. You will delve into compositing, covering everything from the fundamentals of colour correction and grading to more advanced techniques. Houdini and Nuke are two software in filmmaking that are powerful and indispensable today, both of which you will gain in-depth and practical knowledge throughout the course. During your senior semesters, you will engage in group projects focused on 3D compositing and hands-on industry projects. This immersive experience will involve every stage, from pre-production planning to the final film with high-level visual effects.
