Faculty Team

Roles:

Design, develop, and deliver course material/ lesson plans to ensure the student is learning. Besides that, engage with students using a range of methods and platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and develop course content and syllabus 
  • Preparing and delivering lectures, tutorials, workshops, and seminars
  • Setting and grading assignments, tests, and exams 
  • Providing support to students and other colleagues 
  • Optimize the teaching methods and content according to the survey and feedback results

Requirements:

  • Familiar and have knowledge of Autodesk Maya
  • Excellent in Animation Principles and Animating characters. For example, animating characters and expressions using Autodesk Maya
  • Excellent in Characters, Creatures & props rigging skills using Autodesk Maya
  • Ability to communicate effectively, especially conversing in English. Mandarin is a bonus point.

Roles:

To support the design, development and production of learning and teaching material and deliver either across a range of modules or within a subject area. Ensure the efficient delivery of teaching programmes in accordance with the college’s strategy, policy and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise students’ learning progress, provide guidance on skills learning and as well as challenges they face during study.
  • Giving feedbacks on their work and learning progress , assessment marking on students’ assignments.
  • Supervise student projects.
  • Develop teaching materials, contents and approaches taking into account established or agreed practices where necessary.
  • Support development and creation of promotional materials.

Requirements:

  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with colleagues and students.
  • Great Art Fundamental skill such as figure drawing , colour study , perspective.
  • Possess sufficient breadth or depth of specialist knowledge in the discipline to work within established teaching programmes.
  • Ability to engage the interest and enthusiasm of students and inspire them to learn

Marketing Team

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing & branding efforts
  • Conceptualize, develop, and implement original digital/print graphics & illustrations
  • Commit to design integrity and innovation that aligns to company objectives and brand standards.
  • Implement project briefs and work closely with other marketing functions, understand how to utilise creativity to communicate ideas to support marketing campaigns.
  • Liaise with other members of the graphic design team to maximize creativity and excellence in performance and delivery

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 Years Experience (Proven work experience as a graphic designer).
  • Certification in graphic designing
  • Understanding of marketing, production, website design, advertisements, and multimedia design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as (e.g. Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign).
  • Photography and videography skills is a plus.
  • Creative thinking, independent, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Language needed: Mandarin, English

Roles:

Creating Video-graphing & Video Editing. You will be guided and work with an absolutely fun team in creating fun content!

Responsibilities:

  • Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
  • Insert music, dialogue, graphics and effects
  • Create rough and final cuts for each video
  • Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of the video
  • Strategise video shoots and work collaboratively cross team to acquire talents and products/props needed for the shoot
  • To setup, to handle and to operate video equipment such as lighting, audio and camera
  • Consult with the manager, from production to post-production process
  • Continuously exploring NEW IDEAS!
  • Ability to grasp/understand the brief given, in order to meet the production team’s needs and specification standards

Requirements:

  • Must possess (at least) a professional certificate(or on the way) in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Film Studies or any related field.
  • Proficient skills in Final Cut Pro, After Effects and related editing software
  • Demonstrable video editing with a strong portfolio
  • Proficient in audio mixing and colour correction
  • Knowledge of photography, videography and production will be an added advantage
  • Must have a good analytical mind and seek continuous self-improvement
  • Must be creative, organised, efficient, detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Must be flexible and able to work independently or with others depending on project needs
  • Must be proactive, hardworking, and able to meet project deadlines
Academic Administrative Officer Vacancies

Students Administration Team

Roles: 

To ensure that students at the hostels have a pleasant and comfortable time while studying here. The duties are essentially pastoral. The warden is expected to mix with the students in an effort to get to know them as individuals and help them where possible with personal problems, as well as advising them on various aspects of life in the College. Difficult problems must be referred to College Management.

Responsibilities:

  • To welcome and support students and to foster a community  spirit in the residences by getting to know the resident students.
  • Be the liaison person in between maintenance and students on work request orders and cleaners to ensure that the hostel premises are kept clean and functional.
  • To promote good order within the residence and ensure it is a  friendly and welcoming environment for students and ensure that  students are compliant with the policies and regulations of the residence.
  • Assisting the College events such as Open Day, Orientation Day, Convocation, etc.
  • Assisting with check in arrangements for incoming new students during intakes.
  • Assist with the departure and check out of students at the end of their course.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned for the purpose of  ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
  • Report any incidents and offences of residents in the hostel to the Student Administration Manager.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma.
  • Demonstrated experience with crisis intervention, with behaviour that is professional, ethical and responsible.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in local university/college  as warden or in accommodation office or other related fields.
  • Bilingual (Bahasa Malaysia and English) abilities preferred. Fluent in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Roles: 

To manage the front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The incumbent should have a passion for education and working with faculty, students, and parents.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office;
  • Warmly greet and direct visitors with warmth and enthusiasm, determine nature and purpose of visit and direct them to specific destinations;
  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities  to answer all in-coming calls, direct calls to appropriate person, and take messages;
  • Respond to inquiries about Clazroom College such as location, employees within the organisation or services provided, as well as able to assist with basic course enquiries for walk-in students and parents;
  • Operate electronic entry system and assist in keeping the campus secure by checking ID of visitors and keeping the sign-in log accurate;
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages;
  • Keep the front desk area and lounge clean and orderly and manage inventory of school/office supplies on a monthly basis;
  • Serve as a member of the administrative team to participate in all office projects, mailings and events;
  • Assist the Manager through coordination of College events such as Orientation and Graduation as needed;
  • Assist in various staff functions throughout the College year.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a minimum SPM or equivalent;
  • Fresh SPM holder or graduates are welcome to apply;
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice is preferred;
  • Fluency in speaking, writing and reading Mandarin required;
  • Able to speak English and Bahasa Malaysia;
  • Basic Receptionist/administrative assistant experience;
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office products;
  • Ability to prioritise and perform multiple tasks in an organised manner;
  • Physical presence is an essential function of the job.
