Animation and Rigging Lecturer

Roles:
– To design, develop, produce and revamp both new and established learning and teaching material and deliver either across a range of modules or within a subject area.
– To ensure the efficient and effective delivery of teaching programmes in accordance with the college’s strategy, policy and procedures.
– To implement feedback from program reviews and research new innovations in both learning design and education
– Ensure that syllabus designs and delivery comply with quality standards and regulations of the college.
– Select appropriate assessment and criteria, assess the work and progress of students by referring to the criteria and provide constructive feedback to students.
– Identify areas where current provision is in need of revision or improvement and contribute to the planning, design and development of objectives and material

 

Responsibilities & Requirements:
– Solid understanding of rigging and animation methodology, such as the implementation of Animation Principles, Moving mechanics of human and creatures.
– Good communication and training skills, able to provide articulated teachings.
– Possess sufficient breadth and depth of specialist knowledge in the discipline to work within established teaching programmes.
– Candidate should have excellent production skills and meticulous in using Autodesk Maya for rigging and animation process.
– Ability to handle wider range and styles of animation is a plus.

Environment Concept Art Lecturer

– Candidates should have Artistic Skills in which they are proficient in Photoshop with emphasis on drawing, painting and image-making.
– Have the ability to create breath-taking landscapes and solid-surface backgrounds with exciting settings
– Maya, Blender, or equivalent 3D software knowledge is a plus
– Able to visualize storyteller who converts scripts from written storyline to their visual expression.
– Gives lectures and deliver updated information regarding subjects related to Story Boarding

Marketing & Events Executive

Roles:
– Work with the marketing team to achieve marketing objectives by contributing new ideas and being an active team player.
– Responsible for end-to-end project management of all marketing events to ensure the events meet organisational goals, help drive the desired brand image and deliver the best possible event ROI.
– Responsible for event research, proposal, planning, development, as well as implementation on time and on budget, event follow-up, debrief and post-event analysis.
– Assist in budget planning, supplier-management and cost-management.
– Establish and maintain favourable relationships with corporate partners in events and marketing, target audience and stakeholders.
– Course counseling, attending to student enquiries and follow up on conversion.
– Leads management and analysis.

Video Editing Intern

Roles:
– Creating Video-graphing & Video Editing. You will be guided and work with an absolutely fun team in creating fun content!
– Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
– Insert music, dialogue, graphics, and effects
– Create rough and final cuts for each video
– Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of the video
– Strategise video shoots and work collaboratively cross-team to acquire talents and products/props needed for the shoot
– To set up, to handle, and to operate video equipment such as lighting, audio, and camera
– Consult with the manager, from production to post-production process

 

Responsibilities & Requirements:
– Continuously exploring NEW IDEAS!
– Ability to grasp/understand the brief given, in order to meet the production team’s needs and specification standards
– Must possess (at least) a professional certificate(or on the way) in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Film Studies, or any related field.
– Proficient skills in Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and related editing software
– Demonstrable video editing with a strong portfolio
– Proficient in audio mixing and color correction
– Knowledge of photography, videography, and production will be an added advantage
– Must have a good analytical mind and seek continuous self-improvement

Marketing & Creative
Marketing Communications (Marcomms) Executive

Roles:
– Write and distribute all press releases for events, promotions, and workshops.
– Assists with the execution of college events, community relations activities, and press promotional activities.
– Assists and manages the development, co-ordination, and execution of all communications activities (internal & external)
– Helps with the creation of college newsletter
– Assist with writing press releases, and copywriting
– To consult and provide advice, guidance, and information for admissions/ enrolment requirements to prospects on courses offered by the College.
– To assist in marketing & strategy planning to achieve recruitment targets set for the year.
– To manage enquiries, ensure timely response to all enquiries through social media, phone, email, and walk-in appointments.
– To maintain consistent contact with prospects throughout the enrolment process and, achieve defined enrolment objectives.
– To actively identify, acquire, and develop new enrolment opportunities
– To participate in sales and marketing events such as education fairs, workshops, school fairs and, other marketing or promotional events.

Roles:
– Collaborate with the marketing & branding efforts
– Conceptualize, develop, and implement original digital/print graphics & illustrations
– Commit to design integrity and innovation that aligns to company objectives and brand standards.
– Implement project briefs and work closely with other marketing functions, understand how to utilise creativity to communicate ideas to support marketing campaigns.
– Liaise with other members of the graphic design team to maximize creativity and excellence in performance and delivery.

 

Responsibilities & Requirements:
– 1 to 2 Years Experience (Proven work experience as a graphic designer).
Certification in graphic designing

– Building positive relationships with students, parents and carers through our reception service
– Managing a varied workload to ensure that requests for administrative support can be met

Roles:
– Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office;
– Warmly greet and direct visitors with warmth and enthusiasm, determine nature and purpose of visit and direct them to specific destinations;
– Essential Duties and Responsibilities to answer all in-coming calls, direct calls to appropriate person, and take messages;
– Respond to inquiries about Clazroom College such as location, employees within the organisation or services provided, as well as able to assist with basic course enquiries for walk-in students and parents;
– Operate electronic entry system and assist in keeping the campus secure by checking ID of visitors and keeping the sign-in log accurate;
– Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages;
– Keep the front desk area and lounge clean and orderly and manage inventory of school/office supplies on a monthly basis;
– Serve as a member of the administrative team to participate in all office projects, mailings and events;
