3D Game Technique Lecturer / Senior Lecturer

Responsibilities:
1. Able to design, create and deliver high quality rig on characters, creatures, animals, and 
objects that best expresses the action project requirement, and at the same time fulfill the creative expectations.
2. Able to create expressive character animation portraying a wide range of emotions in UE5.
3. Collaborate with the team to create a syllabus that meets industry needs.
4. Meet up to Clazroom quality and standards.
5. To ensure the efficient and effective delivery of teaching programmes in accordance with
the college’s strategy, policy, and procedure.
6. To implement feedback from program reviews and research new innovations in both learning design and education.
7. To design, develop, learning and teaching material and deliver either a cross a range of modules or within a subject area.
8. Ensure that syllabus designs and delivery comply with quality standards and regulations of the college.
9. Select appropriate assessment and criteria, assess the work and progress of students by
referring to the criteria and provide constructive feedback to students.
10. Identify areas where current provision is in need of revision or improvement and contribute to the planning, design and development of objectives and material.
11. Assist recruitment team in school visitation, studio visitation and recruitment process.
12. Create and support marking material, including some marketing event like open day and exhibition.

 

Requirements:
1. Minimum five (1) years of 3D Industry experience for Lecturer
2. Minimum five (5) years of 3D Industry experience for Senior Lecturer
3. Good knowledge in Maya, and UE5.
4. Rigging- Good knowledge of Game Rig setup like IK, FK, deformation and blendshape.
5. Animation- Strong foundation of human anatomy, body languages, acting, storytelling, and cinematography.
6. Animation- Demonstrate a good sense of posing, timing, and weight.
7. Animation- Animating for games – Loops.
8. UE – Good knowledge of UE key bidding, animation import set up, animation blend, character cloth and hair simulation.
9. UE – Motion capture knowledge will be plus.

– Assist Graphic Designer with the design of promotional web graphics, prints, and other advertising and marketing materials as needed.
– Must be creative, organized, efficient, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
– Must be flexible and able to work independently or with others depending on project needs.
– Must be proactive, hardworking, and able to meet project deadlines.

Exam Unit & Audit Executive

The Exam Unit & Audit is responsible for overseeing examination processes, ensuring 
compliance with academic regulations, and conducting internal audits to uphold institutional 
integrity. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to 
coordinate with various departments to maintain examination standards and academic 
quality.

 

Key Responsibilities
Examination Management:
– Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of examinations, including midterms, 
finals, and special assessments.
– Ensure compliance with institutional policies, accreditation bodies, and regulatory 
requirements.
– Supervise the preparation, printing, security, and distribution of examination papers.
– Coordinate invigilation schedules and ensure proper exam administration.
– Handle student exam-related inquiries, appeals, and special considerations.
– Ensure secure storage and archival of examination records.

Academic Audit & Compliance:
– Conduct periodic internal audits of exam processes, grading procedures, and academic 
records.
– Ensure adherence to accreditation and quality assurance guidelines.
– Review and assess institutional compliance with education ministry and regulatory 
body requirements.
– Prepare audit reports and recommend improvements to maintain academic integrity.
– Identify risks related to examination processes and implement corrective actions.

Data Management & Reporting:
– Maintain and update the institution’s examination database and student records.
– Analyze exam performance trends and prepare reports for management review.
– Generate audit reports and ensure proper documentation for accreditation and quality 
control.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
– Work closely with Faculty members, and student services to ensure smooth exam 
administration.
– Assist in developing policies and procedures to enhance examination integrity and 
compliance.
– Organize training sessions for faculty and administrative staff on examination policies
and audit procedures.

 

Requirements
– Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Minimum 3-5 years of experience in academic administration, examinations, or audit-
related roles.
– Experience in higher education institutions or regulatory bodies is an advantage.
– Strong knowledge of academic policies, examination procedures, and compliance 
standards.
– Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
– Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
– Proficiency in data management, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with multiple 
stakeholders.
– Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
– Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Student Information 
Systems (SIS).
– Familiarity with accreditation and regulatory requirements (e.g., MQA, Ministry of 
Higher Education).
– Certification in quality assurance, audit, or compliance (e.g., ISO, internal audit 
training) is an advantage.
